Welcome

Hi all, I am relatively new to the world of blogging and have set up this blog for two reasons...

Firstly, over the past two years I have been on a mission to overhaul my life and get myself fit and healthy.. standing on scales in 2011 and finding I was 260lbs (18st 8lbs) was a shock to the system and I was determined to do something about it... 2 years on and I now weigh 188lbs.. that is a loss of 70lbs (or 5stone) and I am happy with that... I wish to share my journey from now on, the ups and downs and help people see that even if they have a bad day that doesn't need to turn into a downward spiral...

Secondly, I have set up a new business as a health coach, helping people with their own health and weight loss.... I wish to use this blog to share information and tips that will help people on their own personal journeys...
